With the arrival of autumn, we are excited to be working on the new documentary program for TVP. Our film crew is traveling thousands of kilometers across Poland, visiting the series’ protagonists in the country’s most remote corners.
Academy of life is a documentary program in which a reporter embarks on a journey to meet elderly individuals and seek answers to key questions about life. In conversations with the protagonists, various topics are explored. The program combines personal stories with reflections on the meaning of life and the wisdom that comes from experience.
What does the program address?
Each episode presents different aspects of the human experience, offering viewers a chance to see life from the perspective of those who have faced many challenges and triumphs. A meeting with a Warsaw Uprising veteran is not just a story about the fight for freedom, but also about the value of life choices. The story of a ninety-year-old couple is a beautiful testament to the strength of love and the endurance of feelings over decades, while a conversation with a blind marathon runner inspires reflection on character strength and determination in overcoming difficulties.
